My philosophy: Do everything with your whole heart and soul!

When I started with Shiatsu, that was an epiphany for me:

• a treatment that sees an individual holistically;
• a treatment that really touches and moves, heals and soothes;
• a treatment relaxing body and mind.

Being touched is essential for everyone. During Shiatsu, contact does not just happen physically, but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually. My philosophy guides me during Shiatsu treatment. It has also guided me for over thirty years, working as a special education teacher with challenged children, adolescents and young adults.
